Double House Extension

This project involved two extensions to the same property — a large side extension and a smaller rear extension — significantly increasing the ground floor living space and creating a more open, connected layout throughout the home.

The build included full groundworks and foundations, with cavity wall construction for the side extension and a timber frame structure for the rear. The project also involved complete electrical works, along with additional plumbing for new radiators.

Internally, new laminate flooring was installed throughout the extensions, as well as the existing hallway and downstairs toilet. The main living area features a bespoke media wall beneath a striking vaulted ceiling, complete with Velux windows to maximise natural light. A dedicated utility room was also incorporated into the design.

Externally, the driveway was fully excavated, concreted, and finished with a high-quality resin surface, completing the project to a clean and modern standard.
