Loft Conversion

A full loft conversion on this lovely property in the Quantock Hills, transforming an unused roof space into a bright and functional living area.

The project involved structural alterations to the existing walls and roof. New floor joists and timber frame walls were installed for the build, along with a full rewire and plumbing installation to upgrade the heating system for the new space. A new en-suite was also added. A new staircase was installed to provide access, with triangular windows fitted to bring natural light into the stairwell. The space was designed for comfort and practicality.

A set of bifold doors opens onto a newly built balcony, enhancing the sense of space, with an external staircase installed to provide additional access. Externally, the conversion was finished with Cedral cladding.

A clean and efficient conversion, providing the clients with the additional room they needed while adding significant value to their home.
