House Renovation and Extension

This project included a substantial rear extension, garage conversion, and full ground-floor refurbishment, significantly increasing the property’s usable living space.

Major structural works were undertaken, including the installation of large steel beams to create a modern open-plan layout. The kitchen was relocated into the new extension, while the downstairs WC was repositioned to improve the flow of the ground floor.

New rear windows, a roof lantern, and large bifold doors were installed to maximise natural light and create a strong connection to the garden.

To the front of the property, a new porch enhanced both the entrance and hallway, while externally, the garden was fully cleared and landscaped to complement the newly transformed home.

The result is a bright, contemporary living space that offers improved functionality and a more open feel throughout.
