Seafront Extension & Ground Floor Renovation

Located on the seafront in Burnham-on-Sea, this project involves the construction of a contemporary single-storey extension alongside a complete ground floor renovation designed to maximise space, natural light, and modern family living.

The new extension will house a relocated kitchen and open-plan living area, creating a spacious and functional heart of the home. A large roof lantern has been incorporated into the design, allowing natural light to flood the space while taking full advantage of the property’s coastal setting.

As part of the internal reconfiguration, the existing kitchen will be transformed into a dedicated home office, providing a practical and flexible workspace.
